I absolutely loved the detailed communication with the videos and pictures of the process, free samples of the final embroidery before the actual transition to the cloth, and an absolutely high-quality job! My logo was re-drawn by hand from PNG to the special embroidery file with care so that it looked exactly like I imagined it. I have to also say that they have flexible prices depending on the timing (speedy and 2-3 business days).
